Help!! my WMP9 cannot play WMV encoded with V9

My H2215 can play the movies encoded with V8 quiet well, but it cannot play the movies with V9. Everytime i try to play them, they can only hold for 1-2 minutes, then it will jump out and close the WMP. (THOSE MOVIES ARE PLAYABLE ON MY PC)

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHY??

Were the videos encoded especially for the PPC? If not, the bitrate may be too high.

Have you tried Windows media encoder 9 or 7? I think 9 works on most windows machines

the encoder 8 works quite well on my wmp 9, but the movies encoded with encoder 9 can only play for one or two minutes, then the application just jumps out. and yes, i did encode them specifically for PPC. Till now i still cannot find a way to play the movies encoded with encoder 9.
