I saw this device in CNN, I would like from someone to tell me what is its name or the name of the technology used.

Basically what it does is , it acts as a TV receiver , you can hook it to your internet connection and then access and control the TV channels from any where using the internet.

it is not WiFi video streamer, it uses the internet to stream video. any idea?.
