Default TV listings?

What software or hardware supports TV listings?

Free! 8) It didn't use to be free, did it? I went with Pocket TV Browser and a subscription from Guide Remote.

How speedy is PTVL, download-wise?

What about Novii products? I remember the company was going to produce something that would support TV listings...

No, I was one of the people that paid for this (had it for years). I have nothing against the deleoper for deciding to go with "free". I have a feeling the app was taking too much of his time (the problems with TVGuide, etc.) so now he isn't forced to spend huge amounts of time with the one app (read: take it or leave it). As far as download speeds go: I hear it's on the slow side, but I have it set to grab new data at 2:00 AM so that really doesn't matter to me...

Actually PTVL is much faster now that it doesn't use TV Guide. It doesn't provide as much detail though.

You now have to register for a subscription at Zap2it.com to use the listings; so far it's free, but I don't know if they have plans to eventually charge for it.

I paid for PTVL, but I've certainly gotten my money's worth -- I've been using it for years.

The company specializes on different software for palmOne handhelds and universal remotes of a good quality. The last product they released was NoviiRemote Blaster - an SDcard universal remote. It doesn't support TV listings but functions as a good replacer of all those Pronto's, MX, URC and so on.
