Syncing files from normal folders

Default Syncing files from normal folders
Hi All

I'm a new PPC user (from Tungsten) and I'm trying to find a way to sync docs with the iPAQ other than copying the original file to the sync folder on the dekstop? I can't believe it doesn't resolve shortcuts
