Hello, I'm new to pocket pcs and new to this site.

The problem I have is that I am trying to delete a file and I get the popup: Cannot delete 'TTC_TreoCentralTreo': There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use.

I have WM5, if that helps. How can I delete this file?

I don't know which file you are trying to delete but if it is in use - you had better beware or you may end up deleting a critical system file. Getting back to your problem, sometimes it helps if you rename the file -> soft reset -> then delete the renamed file. I know that this method works for font files that are in use but have no idea if it applies to your situation.
