Orientation switching

Hi all,

I'm currently using an MDA Compact 3 (HTC P330 i think...?) with WM6 and i was wondering if anyone knew of any way, presumably using software, to allow for the automatic switching of screen orientation when using certain programs, or even just when the keyboard is open.

Basically, i prefer to use my phone in portrait mode for the majority of the time, however when i am typing messages, i prefer it in landscape mode, so i was wondering if anything existed such that the phone orientation switched when the keyboard was visible, a bit like what happens when you slide out the physical keyboard on other HTC phones.
