O2 Atom Resource Locator error message

I've recently upgraded my Atom with the latest rom release and have re-installed programs that were affected by the upggrade.

Now when I open Pocket E-sword it says that it cannot find any bible add-on's and then opens up the Resource Locator. When I select Memory card and Pocket E-sword folder it tells me that no bibles could be found in that folder. Problem is when I open up File Explorer, go to the Memory card/Pocket E-sword folder it displays the entire list of bibles and commentaries plus the date they were installed which was only a couple of days ago.

If anyone has any answers or suggestions I would be happy to hear them b'cos I am fresh out of ideas.
