Medion MDPPC250 - conecting to Internet question

Hello ,

I'm a new user of a PPC, I used my device since the last 2 days and I have few questions for you .. hope you can help me

#1. how can I connect to the internet when I don't have a computer nearby .. only my mobile (Motorola V525- no infrared and Nokia 6310 - with infrared port) ?

#2. with what program I can copy my contacts from PC to PPC, Using active sinc and outlook I could copy all my email adreses from PC to my device but imported information is not available in contacts list , only in mail program from my PPC .. is there any software which can import 100+ contacts from PC using an standard format (LDIF, vCard .. TX-comma separated ....)

#3. Is there any way to change my PPC language, it comes with Windows Mobile 2003 German edition but I prefer an english edition ..
