Ipaq pocket pc will not connect via usb to my laptop
My HP iPaQ 1910 pocket pc had been set up to connect and sync with my laptop. After its battery died accidently I've been having trouble getting it to connect.
1. I made sure the physical connections were good
2. I verified everything was turned on
3. I told activesync to "Get Connected" and hit next
4. Then when Setup tries to locate my device I told it cannot locate it
5. It then wants to verify the mode of connection(USB) is available
6. It verifies it is available, but still doesn't locate the device
Can anyone help me. Thank you.
