Help In Using Ringtones For Alarm & Other Functions

I purchased Ringo to help in using personalized ringtones for my contacts. I'd like to use ringtones for other functions such as alarms, email notifications, etc. But the settings for these functions will not allow me to choose outside of the handful of defaults. I tried to find the folders to copy and paste tones but with no luck. Can anybody help me?
