Help: Pocket Excel Doesn't open.

Hi all

Hope anyone out there can help.

I am using Toshiba Pocket PC e330

My Excel couldn't open but shown this message:

"couldnt find 'pxl' (or one of its components). Makes sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available"

I am a newbie so not sure what it means. Is there anyway I can do?

Since you are a newbie, a basic question -- did you hard reset the device after purchasing/accepting it and clean out any files present in the ROM file store? If not, try that. You WILL lose any information you already synced/placed on the device.

Pocket Excel should be part of the core OS in the ROM of PPC 2002 or WM2003.
