as the subject suggests my axim x 50 wont boot up ... it just shows the dell blue screen ... i have tried to remove the battery and put it back in ...i have tried a hard boot ... i dont know what else to do .. the silly thing wont even soft boot the buttons dont work ... when i try to do the active sync it tells me that is doesnt have a partnership...how do i get one ? please help me thank you in advance

I would try reflashing the ROM. You can find directions on how to do this here:
