I have a sprintppc6700 with wm5 . activesync and I are at war .more than half the time I can't get it to work.it willtell me no device detected,or justwont sync....help
If you're having trouble syncing, go through Microsoft's checklist for configuring firewalls and connections. More often than not, it solves the problem.
