I've been running my PocketPC for almost 8 months now. Its been working great. Here at work we recently had some mail server trouble. Once we got it all straightened out, i noticed that my ipaq will sync up with no problem when I first log in. After that if I take it off my cradle and replace it on my cradle it won't recognize that its there. If i re-plug it in, it will sync up again. So basically I have to plug it in twice to get active sync to know its there. Its not my Ipaq because its sync up beautifully on my home computer. And i don't think its my USB port because it syncs up just fine when i first log in. Does anyone have any ideas?
