Default VITO AudioNotes - Reliable Recorder!

VITO AudioNotes - Reliable Recorder!

One button recording for Smartphones

22 October, 2007 – VITO Technology releases a new version of the bestselling program VITO AudioNotes – Windows Mobile mp3 and wav recorder. The new version loads much quicker. A new code for detecting calls makes it possible to record calls on most WM 5.0 & 6.0 Smartphones correctly. Quick Record that allows one button recording is now available for Smartphone users.

Now call auto record function works more precisely and identifies the contact name on most Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6.0 devices correctly. So call records have the same name as corresponding contact.

VITO AudioNotes loads quicker than ever as contacts loading is not necessary anymore. Besides, the list of recordings is loaded simultaneously with other functions of the program.

Another important feature in the new version is when Calls auto record is ticked the program continues recording calls even after you exit AudioNotes.

In the new version Smartphone users can start recording with a single button press. All none HTC Smartphone users can assign recording to speed dial (Quick Record in Start). Lucky HTC Smartphone users can use this function either as speed dial or as Pocket PC users do (Menu>Recording>Quick Record) by assigning one of the available buttons.

VITO AudioNotes is available for $ 19.95 at http://vitotechnology.com. Updates are free for customers who purchased VITO AudioNotes within a year’s time.

VITO Technology Inc. is known for its high-tech products in the field of Windows Mobile and Symbian software, GPS navigation and custom projects. Introduced in the present article VITO AudioNotes is a Windows Mobile MP3 and WAV recorder for Pocket PC and Smartphones.

Hi all,

Recently I thought about which application is one of the most often used by users in the mobile phone. In my opinion this is voice recorder.

It is used to record lectures, conversations, phone calls etc. Almost everyone uses it in everyday life for their own purpose.

I think that you will read something new about voice recorders in my review which is available at http://www.symbian-review.com/review...lications.html

Best Wishes,
Vince

thierryb, maybe some accidental network problem. It works fine right now. If you ever see this error just press another time and it will start downloading. my guess it's happening when there are too many download requests than our server can handle at a moment ) will look into it.

Vince Moor, this is kind of awkward link you provide since it leads to Symbian software. And about voice recorder as being most popular? Well, maybe, but only until VITO AudioNotes for Nokia S60 gets all the features of AudioNotes for Windows Mobile So watch out and keep up your good work, we like challenges 8)

I succeeded to download it when I read your other post in this forum.

unfortunately, it works badly on my O2 xda flame. My voice is not recorded like one of your competitor. So probably specific issues. And unlike one of your competitor, I need to activate speakers to record the voice of my correspondent.

Hi thierryb. When you say "works badly" do you mean specifically call recording functionality? If so, then there's unfortunately not much we can do about it. O2 xda flame is a Pocket PC that like most these devices does not allow call recording (hardware restriction).
So, the possible solution is to turn on speakerphone and use Mic Gain feature while recording. The latest version of AudioNotes can do it automatically for every phone calls you make or receive. And what is the competitor that doesn't require from you to turn on speakerphone to successfully record calls? It sounds surprising since it's a known fact that Pocket PC don't allow phone call recording (see the real expert's opinon at http://pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/v...rd+phone+calls, the second link in the cited post by Menneisyys will give you even more insight).
You mean you record a call with a competitor software without turning on your speakerphone and you can clearly hear the other party? Then I think it's a sensation and you should share this. Bring it on. (I thin most probably what happened was that you had your sys volume at max when recording with copmetitors so the mic could get more from the earphone and when you recorded with AudioNotes the volume was not at max that's why you didn't hear the other party clearly).

I can confirm that with RESCO Audio Recorder I can record the voice of my correspondent without using speakers. It was also confirm by other Flame owners.
Unfortunately, my voice is not recorded.
And last, everything does not work when using a bluetooth headset.
