Default PicoGPSSa v.1.1 released

Update:
(New in v1.1!) Can log and save route points by time interval or manual entry with comments. Saves Latitude, Longitude, Distance, Northing, Easting, Zone, HDOP, Altitude, Speed, Heading, Date&Time and Comments. Higly useful for generating point locations in external mapping systems like ArcGIS. Data is saved in comma-delimited ASCII text format.
(New in v1.1!) Added a battery indicator on main screen.
(New in v1.1!) Various improvements in performance.

Details:

Some time ago I started building a little GPS utility application to monitor speed while driving. The tool has grown in the list of features and I have decided to release it for others to use.

In a nutshell, it allows you to monitor speed in different zones and save points along the route for use in GIS and other systems. When the speed is exceeded, you get visual and sound notifications. Much of the settings are customizable. There are also a number of other features such as a satellite skychart, GPS statistics, custom settings, etc. If you are interested, it can be downloaded from my site: Download Details
