That's the best and most complete Axim review that I've read. Very well informed, you're obviously familiar with PPC devices, and it's well written.

Plus, you get points for being a Tick fan.

Default axim IR remote control?
:lol: please repost your axim review?

Do you know if the IR port of the axim can also be used as a remote control for consumer electronics like the video or the tv set?

no can do......my reviewin' days are over.......self imposed....

The Axim's anemic IR is not suitable on it's own to operate as a remote control for other home electronics.
