Microgistix goes bust owing WM developers 100s of $1000s

New title to this post as it now appears that some of us are owed 6 figure sums. I get the impression that the liabilities exceed the assets. The creditors meeting agreed to wind up the UK business but, and it is a HUGE BIG 'but:

1. My agreement is with Microgistix Inc of America which still trades. Is yours?
2. Microgistix Inc still trades profitably in the US with lots and lots of $$$$. Are you really going to just let them get away with it? We can possibly act together via legal representatives in the US if your agreement is with Inc.
3. 100s of developers are going to get NOTHING unless they act. Where is everyone?
WebIS, SBSH, SPB, DeveloperOne, 4Pockets, Applian, Handmark, Ectaco, Digital Concepts, AIM Productions, Omega One, Jamdat, Landware, Paragon Software, ZIO ad infinitum ....
