Best CE Installer

We need to build an installer for Pocket PC application we have developed. The app includes both a PPC and a Windows app that needs to be installed.

Can anyone recommend the best installer program.

I understand this is a bit of a black art.

We have used Installshield in the past for the desktop and not been happy, its very complicated. But maybe its improved. There is also one called ePocketSetup which was a runner up at PocketPC Mag.

EZSetup is free tool that allows you to install applications using ActiveSync.

It is pretty simple and works fine.
