Default January Meeting: Mobile Computing SIG of SF and Mobile Computing & Pocket PC SIG of the East Bay

The first meeting of the New Year and we're going to join forces with the East Bay's Mobile Computing and Pocket PC SIG headed by Dan Dolgin! (We will resume our meetings at Microsoft on March 16th - big thanks to Dan for allowing us to meet with his group!)

To RSVP - click HERE!

First, Dan will take a look at many of the cool new mobile products which came out over this past holiday season. He will also take a look at new devices unveiled at the recent CES Show in Las Vegas.

Next is open forum, where we can see what new software/hardware solutions, suggestions, tips, and tricks we can learn from each other! And having gone over the new devices that were announced @ CES and what devices Rey is using - 3 very popular HTC Windows Mobile 5.0 devices - the i-mate JASJAR, K-JAM, and Sprint's PPC-6700 (all of which he is using in rotation!), we can then discuss what would be the right device for you! Rey's also gone through a few Bluetooth headsets and will give you the skinny on some of them. This'll be the chance to get some feedback from you, as to what topics, you would like to see covered in future meetings.

ADMISSION:
$5 for those who RSVP; $7 if you don't – covers pizza, drinks, a raffle ticket, and/or misc. organization supplies.
*Exact change is appreciated.

PRIZES:
Bluetooth headset!
To Be Announced
