AT&T Wireless and GPRS problems

I am getting error when trying to look at web sites with my PPC, but can check my e-mail and can log into MSN Messanger when using my AT&T Phone and GPRS. Is anyone else having problems? I can still look at locally cached information and as far as I know was able to do this yesterday.
