Here's something I've always wondered with my Tilt (and older Phone Editions):
If I've got the phone's radio turned on AND the WiFi radio turned on and open PIE, what determines how the device connects to the Internet? Is it always the phone radio? Is it always WiFi? Is there a way to configure my device to always use WiFi if available?
