Quick Lan Connect

I am using an ipaq 3970 with a bluetooth Network connection.

Does anybody know if there is a quick way or any software that will allow me to connect to my Lan instead of using Bluetooth Manager.

Not thats it a problem but it takes a few clicks and waiting to search for devices. IT would be great if there was an icon on the taskbar to simply click and connect?

AFAIK there's no software to shortcut to the LAN Connection via Bluetooth.

But you don't need to search for devices. You just tap the Bluetooth Manager, tap and hold the icon corresponding to your computer and select "Connect to LAN Access".

Or you can install a newer stack in your H3970 to make it look like the H5450 which allows you to create shortcut icons to each service, if you want.

The update is available from Billionton, and it's installed in RAM. If you don't feel ok with it, a hard reset will remove it. But then you'll have to restore the content of your Pocket PC. I don't use it, because I think the H3970 works well the way it is, but YMMV.
