Playing mpg's from PIE

I have added a link to my mobile site that points to a continuously updated mpeg-1 file...

mobile.kxan.com (click on pocketpc and then the beta link at the bottom.

question is... how best can I play this in Pocket Internet Explorer. Or should I try another format...

I can build quicktime, mpeg-1, and .avi files "on the fly", but chose mpeg for it's cross-platform compatability.

Of course, there is not much weather here in Central Texas, right now, so the image has very little to show.

Any ideas? suggestions?
