PDA connection problem,IPAQ

hello,me nt good in computer.so need some 1 help me bout this.my IPAQ and my model is H4150.when i use my wireless connection, i can find my router in my house,but when me wan to sign in hotmail by my iPAQ,it say need to connect to internet 1st.bt,how i can connect it??pls sum 1 help m..thx u very much to all of u....if nt enuf information,i m so sorry
