pda/cell phone cable dialing up to isp

i got my supplynet cable, with my e335.

i called att and they said they set up my account so i can make data calls with my pda.

but i still cant get it to work.

any ideas...
im calling up netzero, as my isp, put in my id, and pw.

my cell phone makes the call, but like in 20 seconds, it just drops. and my pda says, there was no answer.

any ideas?

did you try contacting att and seeing if there is something you are missing?
also contact your isp....mmmmmm
double check your setting to verify youhave it correct.
