Default Options for Bluetooth GPS

I need some advice.

I'm new to the pocket pc GPS world, but have years of experience dealing with higher cost/accuracy agricultural receivers and have over 30 iPaqs in use with those type receivers.

I need to outfit some delivery vehicles with GPS units. They have Windows CE units with Bluetooth, WiFi, and USB connections. We will be using them to track product deliveries, so I need something with pretty good accuracy (<2 M RMS would be great). When I search for low cost recivers with WAAS correction I find a really limited supply, does anyone have any ideas here? We would like to stay under $200. No need for navigation software, we just need Lat/Long via NMEA 0183.
