Default Need advice with ZoneAlarm and Ad-Hoc setup

Currently, I have my 4150 set up in Ad-Hoc with my desktop pc which has a wireless pci card in it. I also have a standard ethernet 10/100 card in the pc which is hooked up directly to an adsl modem.

I'm using ICS to share internet to the wireless card and hence my ipaq. At the moment, I can sync with activesync as well as surf the net on the 4150. However, if I turn on ZoneAlarm, my ipaq can no longer access the net but can still sync.

I don't feel safe running without a decent firewall. What do I need to do to get zonealarm working without disabling net access on the ipaq??
