IPAQ 4155 Cannot Lock on to TOMTOM Wireless GPS - Bluetooth

I am unable to get the 4155 to lock on to Outbound COM Port 6 to allow a connection to the TomTom Wireless GPS. I am only able to get 4155 to recogonize an outgoing connection and it fails to establish an inbound connection. The 4155 simply will not allow a check mark at that setting when TomTom is selected. I do not see this as a TomTom application issue although all worked fine with TomTom Navigator USA but fell apart when I upgraded to TomTom Navigator 4. Any suggestions for achieving a connection would be appreciated.
