GPS Software question

Good day all,

Here is what I am looking for, I need a program for my Toshiba E830 that has topo maps of Canada, preferably Alberta. I have searched the net but only found one program that looks promising (Outdoor NAv.) but thier website does not seem to list maps of canada.

Here is what I would like the software to do:

Normal Maps (roads etc)
Topographical Maps with Compass and way Point ability.

Maps need to be detailed when in Topo mode.

I know your post is a lttle old now but check out Teletype's website www.teletype.com
If you buy their streets program you can download Topo maps for free from Microsoft's TerraServer and do overlays in Teletype's SW.
