Default Force connection to my SSID with HP4155?

Hi all,
I haven't been able to find an answer to this in the forums, so here goes...
I have been happily connecting to my Netgear MR814 wireless router with my HP 4155 for some time now. Well, someone in the neighborhood got a new router this week, and it is causing all kinds of problems with my iPaq connecting.

I have WEP enabled, MAC filtering, I'm not broadcasting my SSID, and am using 128-bit encryption. When I turn on the wireless on the ipaq, I am can only connect with this new router in the neighborhood. I don't get a routable IP (i.e. 169.254.x.x), and I can't even SEE my router anymore. Even if I'm holding my ipaq right next to the antenna. I have tried changing channels on the router, but it doesn't help.

In XP, you can prioritize which network to connect to. Is there a way to force my ipaq to connect to my SSID only? Until I can find the neighbor and get him to turn of his broadcasting, I'm stuck.

Any help would be appreciated. Sax
