could someone tell me the exact steps to get my Bluetooth Copilot GPS working with my Toshiba E830?

when i search for devices, it sees that its there but will not connect

Bluetooth is enabled in my PDA and the GPS unit is flashing blue

What GPS unit? The Pharos unit cannot connect to the E-830 because of certain issues with the E-830 BT stack. Search for Ripper's posts on this subject. He can connect the two with GPSGATE and/or GPS tuner

Try GPSGate to make the connection between your PocketPC and your BT GPS Unit... GPS Tuner is a program that allows you to track location, travel speed etc...
