Default Can you turn off your ambicom CF wifi in WM2003?

Hey all,

I just picked up a ambicom CF wifi card to use in my Dell Axim. I'm running Windows Mobile 2003, and I notice on the wireless tab the option to turn the card on and off is greyed out.

Is this an ambicom driver issue to be fixed (hopefully) in a future release? Or do I need to reinstall?

Thanks!

Using the Ambicom drivers from their web site, no, I can not turn the power off for my Ambicom WL1100C-CF card.

However... using the Senao drivers as suggested posted by GLEN8 in http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/foru...236&highlight= (about the 8th post down) DOES allow me to turn the card off without removing it.

The card seems to perform about the same using those Senao drivers.
