Default Can I connect to other computers in my home network wirelessly?

I have a private network wirelessly connecting to each computer and I am running WM2003 on my PDA. Well, what I would like to ask you all is how I share files or folders with other persons who are running Windows XP without installing extra free or commercial software that facilitates sharing them. I merely wonder about the function of WM2003 itself.
Is that possible?

Just to clarify. Share docs from your Pocket PC to XP users? Nope.
