"XScaleCtrl for Dell Axim is a Control Panel applet that allows you to adjust the speed of the XScale Processor in the Dell Axim from 100MHz up to 500MHz. The 300MHz Dell Axim can be scaled up to 400MHz. The 400MHz Dell Axim can be scaled up to 500Mhz. The control panel application allows you to also turn on re-applying the speed setting on power on and when a soft reset has been done without an application running in the background using up valuable resources. XScaleCtrl is small at around 30 Kbytes in size. If you have an XScale device that is not a Dell Axim there is another version here for your device."
