Default WindowCursor?

When I go to Start>Settings>System>Memory>Running programs and click "Stop all," all the programs go away, but sometimes "WindowCursor" pops up in there, and it goes away if I press 'stop,' but it's a trifle confusing. What is WindowCursor all about? :?:

Do you use DotPocket? I am pretty sure that 'Window Cursor' is associated with DotPocket when using their display drivers to view at
'alternate' resolutions.

It's that substitute for what is usually an hourglass. It's the circle with the colored quarters that appears everytime you stop all programs.

Don't worry about it. Nothing to see here. Move along now.
