I'm only aware of apps that will let you look at the queue, not actually edit items in it.
There must be some reason you don't want to re-create the item, right?

Yes, a software today plugin create a notification erratically and repeatedly. That's why I need to do so. Though I've found a software called dbExplorer which can edit these value, it doesn't support the new notification queue system in WM5 that I'm using.

RIOW,
get hold of either MemMid or PCtools they have the ability to reconcile your appointments and get rid of dupe alarms etc.
Hope this helps.

Ah, I see. I thought you wanted to edit the parameters of a specific notification, not simply delete it.
I'd recommend MemMaid, too.

Thanks for all the replies and the suggestions. It seems that there's no software for the time being which is capable to manually edit any notification. I've just hard reset the device and the erratic symptom is gone.
Software conflict or unstable WM5 issues is still a deep annoyance.
