Default vista

I am trying to set up a link with my sprint ppc 6700 wm5and my new dell with vista.any help tips or suggestions ?

Vista contains WDMC (the new syncing software) so you do not need Activesync. If you have a newer version of office. Use that instead of the 2002 Outlook bundled with the 6700

Thank you for replying..when i go to WDMC,I have followed the instructions,and I still get no link or connection. Where am I going wrong?

Can you be a bit more specific? Like do you see any error messages? Are you trying to connect via USB cable, Bluetooth, wi-fi or what?

Hi I am trying to connect a sprint ppc 6700 wm5 to vista via USB . I down loaded WDMC hit connection settings and nothing happens. I did everything the trouble shooting area said to do,still nothing.Opened up all recommended ports, still nada. If you could tell what I am missing????Thanks

OK, laptop is XP, desktop is Vista. Phone syncs all appointments with laptop, some with desktop. Anybody seen this with Vista? I'm so missing ActiveSync on XP

with your device plugged in, go to Windows Update and see if it can find and install any updates -- I had to do this with my HP iPaq to get it to connect.
