Default Unable to Backup TenGo using Sprite Backup

Dear All,

When I used Sprite Backup to backup my 2210, I always got the following error message:

Warning: File could not be included
\Windows\tengodb.dat
Warning: File could not be included
\Windows\tengodb.fpt
Warning: File could not be included
\Windows\tengodb.idx

I have chose the option "stop process before backup", but I still got this error message. Any solution for this problems?

Default Backup or Update of TenGO files

Hi Hkpocketpc,

I am Edwin, from Xrgomics, the company behind TenGO. I suspect that the files are in use and thus prevent them from being included in the backup.

Try switching to another input mode like the default keyboard and then doing the backup. This should free up the database files. If not try soft resetting before doing the backup.

Please let me know should you have any further questions or enquiries. Thanks.

Regards,
Edwin

And the reason for that is that using an alternate input method isn't considered a "process" by the device.
