Default Tv Remote App for hp 6315?

Any remote apps that work with my Hp 6315?

i have tried total remote and noviremote and they do not work. Any others?

You can try http://www.pdawin.com/tvremote.html and http://vitotechnology.com/en/products/remote.html too.

BTW, the 6315 has only SIR, so don't expect much from any software-based solution. You should get one of the 3.5" Jack-based infrared booster solutions, like that of Total Remote ( http://www.griffintechnology.com/gri...e/totalremote/ ). This hardware is also supported by some other remote apps too, so you won't be locked into using its driver only.

why would you want to use this device for a remote control? Its already a substandard product. And besides I didn't see any specifications for this product being remote control, like the hp2215 which had Nevo built in.

Hmm but I would sure like to find out if it could be done. 0X

Get a hardware IR booster (link above) and off you go

BTW, IMHO the 6315 isn't bad/substandard. Sure, it lacks VGA and has only a slower COU, but still perfectly usable for most PDA tasks.
