I haven't really played around with any of the UI replacements popping up these days, but this one looks awfully good and might give SPB Mobile Shell a run for it's money. Skybox is almost fully configurable, and also has some nice graphical touches that would really please skinners. Indeed this looks good, I've just seen a video on their website about using this software to manage the today space. Maybe you'd like to mention it, I think it is quite useful.
