Help! Problem syncing Inbox

Bizarre problem with Activesync.

When I connect my HP1910 to the 'puter, it begins synchronising, tells me there's 44 emails to be synchronised. Sometimes it gets as far as beggining to synchronise 1 of these, but then if just stops.

No idea what 's going on.

I've upgraded from 3.5 to 3.7.1 Activesync, but that didn't help :(

I have a 1910, too, and I've had the same problem. How many days of history are you downloading? Try downloading just 1 day's worth and see if that works okay. If so, then up it to 2 days and so on. You'll eventually get to a day where the sync process hangs -- then at least you'll know how far back you can go before you encounter problems.

Secondly, I've found that sometimes the sync process failed when I tried downloading file attachments. You might try not downloading the file attachments and see if that helps.
