Default help with divx?

I just got an e740, and am trying to install pocket divx. so I downloaded the pocket pc 2002 version and need a little help.

1) is this the right version? (I didn't see any that said e740)

2) now it is asking me "Would you like to replace the existing file "\Windows\gx.ll" with the new one? Should I do it?

Thanks for helping a n00bie!

Not exactly what you're looking for but here's a review of Pocket Divx:

-silent-, if you're using PocketDivX from the Project Mayo page, it's the outdated version. Get the one from www.pocketmvp.com.

(No, you don't want to overwrite gx.dll. The version bundled with that old package is very out-of-date and is primarily for PPC 2000. I don't think this will be a problem with the PocketMVP version.)
