isnt flash 4 player on all the ppc??? i have a hp 6310 and wanted to know because vx30.com has a new encoder that lets u see live streaming footage on your flash 4 device.

No, it's not all Pocket PCs. The latest version is v6, which you'll have to download and install separately:

Plus I think it' usually the Flash 5 player that is there by default from Pocket Windows 2002 onwards ... but maybe the latest devics to indeed have Flash 6 player.

You should be able to test it by pressing and holding your stylus on a blank area of a movie - it should be obvious ...
