Default Calendar Time View

Hello!

I've been a fairly happy Windows Mobile 5.0 Use for a year now but have a question regarding the Calendar.

1. How do I change it so that all I can see is the working day? i.e not the time from 00.00 to 08.00 and 17.00 to 24.00?

2. When I enter a new appointment it always defaults to the place I've touched on the screen which is usually something daft like 3am.
