Active Sync complains about files not there

Active Sync just complained about a file I've had on the PPC for weeks which previously sync'd fine. I've never made changes to the file, it just sits there in Pocket Word. Something about not being able to convert the file.

I deleted the file, rebooted desktop PC and PPC and Active Sync still makes the same complaint about the file.

Ideas? I am on a 2nd floor office and the PC wouldn't bounce. 8O

I haven't seen this particular error, but I've seen something similar. You may want to try re-synching all Files.

Go to Options and un-check Files, let AS re-sync everything. Go back into Options and check Files. It should, in essence, rebuild the sync configuration for all files and (hopefully) fix that error.
