Ya I know lots of people post these but I'm just curious...

Its only QVGA I didn't realize that when I bought my Dell...

Instincts tell me it's WisBar Advance with the accompanying WisBar Advance Desktop add-on, using one of the many Vista skins available on the Lakeridge forums.

how do u guys do that???? I mean which software do u guys used in making these splendid today screen???? Well, though I've got my pocket pc for ages, I'm still very green in using it as I just recently start seriously use it.... plz teach me guyz...

The links that Darius gave should give you a good start. If you're just wanting some themes, then visiting a theme site is a good step, like this:

Default Hmmm
Yep you got it right, Wisbar with Desktop plugin. However the icons were added in later because the theme doesn't come with icons. However you need a pretty good Pocket Pc to run themes like these I decided to switch back to a simpler theme cause my pocket pc wasn't up to scratch. (Dell Axim x51 524 mhz model).
