Default What's the difference?
BETWEEN AN IPAQ 2490 AND A 2495?

FROM WHAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND, THEY HAVE THE SAME SPECIFICATIONS, HOWEVER THERE IS A SIZEABLE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE.

ALSO WHAT DOES THE “B” DESIGNATE AFTER SOME OF THE MODEL NUMBERS?

Pls don't shout.

The difference between the two is the channel through which HP sells the device. In practical terms, there's no difference at all.
