What was the price of your Audiovox GPRS Cards ?

Topdog, I almost put your name on the subject field again

I purchased mine about a month ago for around USD330. I am kinda mad right now. I have in my hand an exactly the same item (same size, same everything), branded "Dezhou Communication" ... the price tag is USD200. I opened the card, and I saw that the printed circuit board is made by audiovox. The CDROM that came with it mentioned 'Programs copyrighted/licensed by Audiovox'. The box mentioned that "This card have optimum performance when used with Dezhou Maestro PDA ... (Dezhou Maestro ? Audiovox Maestro ?) I plugged it in my axim, and it works without any changes on the setting. So, it is actually an Audiovox RTM8000 with a different branding .... What's up with this ? What kind of marketing play is this ? :evil:

By the way, for those of you who are thinking of purchasing the RTM8000, try finding this Dezhou brand first. It will give you an extra $100 to buy other accessories.
