weird Ipaq 4150 problems

Just got my new 4150, best machine I've ever seen, unbelievable. But I've noticed some weirdness on te following areas - can't get Wisbar to work, I put all my bmp's in like I did on my 2210, 3650, 3830, but not this one, they are always behind the taskbar and I can't use the buttons or even see my graphics... the other thing,is that while trying to listen to some streaming Christmas music, MSN's radio guide seizes up PIE and I have to goto running programs and shut it down that way. Anyon else fins some weirdness?
